I love these, especially: “Every illustrator is a snowflake”—so true! Ok, I’m officially a fan!

Seriously though, I’ve been making a transition as aSenior UIUX Designer/Developer from doing code/design stuff 100% of the time, to doing about 15-20% now on illustrations (with hopes to maybe start to do some side work for the love of it), so, I’m new to this illustration game; and I’ve found all you’re posts super helpful Meg! It’s very interesting seeing a designer/illustrator writing from the perspective of working as a successful team—seems like most illustrators are doing it (or giving advice) from the perspective of a freelancer, no?
