Impressionistic Realism comes to mind as I just read an article by Joshua Been on painting figures in the landscape http://www.joshuabeen.com/general/painting-the-figure-in-the-landscape and he describes his own work this way. I see what you mean..her brush strokes are gorgeous indeed.
